Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Respond to inquiries and book tee-times; both in person and over the phone.
- Greet members and guests, checking in all golfers prior to play.
- Provide quality service of food and beverages to our guests.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of golf carts and restaurant service areas.
- Set up and stock work area with food and beverage supplies on a daily basis.
- Keep bathrooms orderly and stocked throughout shift.
- Carry out duties and responsibilities to maintain a safe work environment for oneself, co-workers, and the public.
- Converse with guests in a friendly manner. Attend to guest needs while remaining professional and courteous at all times, even when under pressure.
Qualifications:
- Friendly and courteous.
- Self starter who is able to work with minimal supervision and as part of team.
- Must have Smart-Serve Certification.
- Must be capable of multi-tasking in a fast paced environment.
- Flexibility to work variety of shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Knowledge of golf is an asset but not a requirement.
This is a seasonal position. Start date will depend on opening date.
