clubhouse attendant/server

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Respond to inquiries and book tee-times; both in person and over the phone. 
  • Greet members and guests, checking in all golfers prior to play.
  • Provide quality service of food and beverages to our guests.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of golf carts and restaurant service areas. 
  • Set up and stock work area with food and beverage supplies on a daily basis. 
  • Keep bathrooms orderly and stocked throughout shift. 
  • Carry out duties and responsibilities to maintain a safe work environment for oneself, co-workers, and the public.  
  • Converse with guests in a friendly manner. Attend to guest needs while remaining professional and courteous at all times, even when under pressure.  


Qualifications:  


  • Friendly and courteous. 
  • Self starter who is able to work with minimal supervision and as part of team.  
  • Must have Smart-Serve Certification.
  • Must be capable of multi-tasking in a fast paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work variety of shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Knowledge of golf is an asset but not a requirement.


This is a seasonal position. Start date will depend on opening date.

prep/line cook

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Prepare food for service by washing and chopping vegetables, cutting meat, preparing sauces and dips etc.
  • Set up workstations and ingredients so food can be easily prepared according to recipes.
  • Follow recipes and presentation specifications.
  • Prepare salads, fries or other sides for entrees.
  • Maintain a sanitary and organized work environment.
  • Ensure all food items are labelled and properly stored in designated area.
  • Comply with applicable health, safety, food handling and hygiene codes and standards.
  • Assist with unloading, inspection, and storage of raw ingredients and supplies. 
  • Wash dishes, take out trash and all other kitchen duties as assigned.
  • Communicate progress and needs with kitchen staff.  


Qualifications:  


  • Food handling certification is preferred.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.  
  • Knowledge of how to properly use kitchen tools such as knives, flattop and fryers. 
  • Ability to communicate effectively and work as a team player.  
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods of time, bend, stretch, lift, and carry heavy materials.
  • Normal days of restaurant operations are Tuesday to Friday. Must be flexible to work weekends as needed for tournaments or special events.
